Your classic neighborhood ice cream shop. There is no indoor seating area. Registers are accessed through windows. Friendly staff and pretty low prices. I can't speak for the food but im a big fan of the ice cream. Tons of flavors and toppings. Great place to get together with family and friends.

This place is great! There's usually always a line, which is expected since their ice cream is so good. They give generous portions, almost to the point where sometimes I have to wipe off some of the ice cream on top just to get to the cone! I always leave saying I should've got a small, but every time I order I always go with the medium cone LOL I pretty much get the same thing every time I go - twist in a cone with chocolate dip - and it's amazing every time!

Great place! Off the beaten path for me. Had burger and chicken fingers. The variety of ice cream allows for many different combinations. Try something off menu like a Freak Shake!

Great ice cream place for kids and adults It's an outdoors place with park benches in a gravel parking lot. It's seasonal only and you order thru a window, and either sit on benches or your car. Not much for view either, but it gets pretty crowded and with lines that get long in hot days. A throw back in time. I will go there again and kids love it.

Amazing cheeseburger. Not just a ice cream place but their ice cream is awesome as well. So happy to have this place in our area.

Excellent! Tons of parking, food was outstanding--especially the chicken nuggets. We didn't try the ice cream today but it all looked drool worthy! Also lots of seating and a really pleasant staff 😁 Will absolutely come again when in the area.

Went for lunch had a wrap, wasnt that impressed with it. Service was good, cashiers were nice.

Always love a trip to Joe's. Best I've cream place around. I always prefer using the non franchised places to dine, as it feels more real.

The customer service is always speedy, fantastic vibes, helpful employees. Will visit here again when I am nearby.

worst service ever. Me and my family Doordashed dessert here and I got a chocolate milkshake. My family got their dessert but i didn't. And then when I got a doordash 6$ credit and tried to order it again but it said it was closed. Not doordashing here again.Edit: No it was not doordash

Their food and ice creame is amazingly good. I used to come here a lot when I was a kid growing up in the 90's. I loved it back then, and I still love it now. I was thrilled that they still had the same quarter rides that were there when I was a kid. Highly recommend for anyone of any age. Happy eating.

Stopped by here for some ice cream on a Saturday and the line was crazy. That said, it was worth the wait. The ice cream was delicious.As far as the food goes, I dont think I would eat here. They do some social media marketing, which I have watched, and the people cooking food were clearly not wearing gloves or hair nets. Also, the person doing the video started to cough and didnt cover her mouth. That was enough for me!

Fantastic! It was a summer staple when I was a kid and now I continue the tradition with my own kids. Joe's is that classic ice cream stand with unforgettable creations for the whole family. Get over there!

Stopped at Joe's Dairy Bar for lunch while passing through Hopewell Junction. You can't miss the appeal of the classic walk-up and order establishment. This is a Ice Cream, Burger, Hot Dog & Fries kind of joint that is best enjoyed in good weather as there are plenty of outdoor picnic tables setup for customers. I ordered a Fried Clam wrap which was huge and pretty good. I am looking forward to trying a burger from Joe's soon.

Stopped by here for a quick bite after leaving the nearby apple orchards. Wasn't super hungry so just ended up grabbing some french fries and ice cream, both of which were good. The menu is quite big for a place this size. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. It is located right off the main road. There is a decent amount of parking space available as well as outdoor seating. (picnic benches) There are a few kiddie rides there as well. One thing that stood out that I love seeing is business having friendly, helpful and respectful young people working there. All staff we encountered were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. With the massive menu, there really is something for everyone. Happy environment!

Delicious cheeseburger with pickle, lettuce and tomato only $4. My niece had a medium soft vanilla icecream on a cone. She lovedit. Always a line. Cute spot for a quick night out

Reasonable prices, lots of options for toppings, and outdoor seating with umbrellas make this the ultimate spot for family get-togethers needed their fixes for ice cream. I only wish there were flavors other than vanilla for fat-free/frozen yogurt choice.

What's summer without Joe's? Parking could be tough on busy nights but the like always move fast. Bring some quarters for the little kids.

Love Joe's! They have some coin operated rides that my kids love even without putting coins in. The food (read: burgers!!) are delicious and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere where everyone just seem happy! Who is not happy near ice cream?!

The place is a corner stone. The lines for service are legendary :-) portions are plentiful and the price is usually right. Always great to see them open in spring.

I don't know who Joe is, or was, or will be, but they make some great icecream in his name. Who knows Joe might be a girl's name now. So who ever is making the icecream it is great. The jalapeno bacon cheeseburger is delicious as well. This restaurant is also pet friendly, so my dog enjoyed a meal and icecream as well.

Joe's has a wide, very wide, variety of treats. There is something for everyone. They also serve hot food. Classic delicious ice cream. Joe's is a staple of the community. Check it out!!! Support local first.
